Graphite crucibles are widely used in foundry, metallurgy industries and research labs for a variety of metal casting processes such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, lead, and glassware as casting crucibles. It gives an accurate casting size and surface finish rate.
These high purity graphite crucibles have a small thermal expansion coefficient, excellent thermal conductivity, high mechanical strength, good resistance to thermal shock and are good chemical resistance such as acid, alkali and many organic solvents. Due to its high thermal stability, these heat-resistant graphite crucibles can withstand temperatures up to 1300 oC.
